It s hard to describe the significance, stature, and shear enormity of the Midwest Clinic--An International Band and Orchestra Conference.

Shenandoah Conservatory attended and had an exhibit booth as well as presentation tables at the two College Nights. Led by Prof. James Dickey (oboe and Conservatory Admissions) Ashley Bingaman (BM '07, and MM '09) and Kristin Brant (BM '08) assisted at the booths in answering questions from prospective students. Faculty members Joel Puckett, David Zerull, and Dean Laurence Kaptain were also in attendance.

Shenandoah Conservatory Holiday Celebration 2007

In a grand holiday tradition, the performing arts community at Shenandoah Conservatory combines forces and produces a televised holiday spectacular to thank the many donors, supporters and volunteers who share the vision of excellence that is the hallmark of Shenandoah.

John O'Conor Residency

Visiting Artist John O'Conor presented a week of master classes, private teaching, and inspiring interaction interaction with students, faculty, community partners and numerous advanced players who flew in from across the country to play for this great artist.

He will have 3 more visits to campus--the next being at the end of January to do more teaching and collaborate with the Audubon String Quartet in concerts both in Winchester and at the Washington Conservatory in Bethesda.
